A final report on the loss of ICG Helicopter Rescue 116 in March 2017 has been published.

Such a tragedy and loss of life.  I thought it was known from early on that that Blackrock wasn't in the helicopter's mapping system?

From what I recall that was highlighted in a preliminary report on the accident, and in a TV documentary about the crash.
This final report goes into much more detail, not just describing what happened, but why it happened and also how it could, and should have been prevented.
