Madrid flight
« on: June 02, 2022, 05:56:43 PM »
I noticed a flight from Madrid came in last night around 23:00 and returned to Madrid this morning about 10:30.
Unlikely to be Greek football - Is it a tie up with the Ambassador cruise?

Noticed it departing this morning and I assumed some sort of charter

Unlikely to be a cruise linkup as Madrid is slap-bang in the middle of Spain as I am sure you are aware.

Some sort of charter, like a City Break thing perhaps - I had a look at the Belfast Telegraph holidays, but most of theirs go from Dublin.

I was thinking that it's more likely Spanish people embarking from Belfast to tour the British Isles, Iceland or Faroe Isles. There was a coach transferring people from a Barcelona EZY flight a few weeks ago.

The Ambassador Ambience was in Belfast today but it is steaming south to Cobh.

Be nice if we were getting cruise people!

It says that their cruises don't start here until April 2023
