Not showing on FR24 but BN2P G-HEBS close NE coast at 1900ft 19:55, perhaps operating southern Kintyre.

Now down to 800ft near Portrush, must be very close in.

Departed 20:05.  Perhaps Islay.

Rather large Mountain rescue presence as well as ambulances (saw two going towards Donard Park direction in the space of 20 minutes on my way home) in Donard Park, though only one when I was passing through the park. TV crews also present with their cameras, looked to be in a hurry to get some sort of 'action shots'

Could hear the S92 echoing around the mountains but didn't see it.

PSNI Eurocopter arrived on scene in Donard Park a few minutes ago. Stayed a few minutes then left again towards Belfast.

Not sure if landed or just hovered. Heard it come in, but only saw it when it was on the way out,  hovering before turning and departing.

EI-LOW  AS355 Twin Squirrel into Newcastle, Slieve Donard Hotel around 12pm. Golf Charter and was met upon landing by the golf buggies. Departure scheduled for around 6pm this evening.

Heard it landing as I was coming out of the Lidl right beside the hotel, so had to go and take a look. Not great quality, sorry. Only had my phone with me.

EI-LOW  AS355 Twin Squirrel into Newcastle, Slieve Donard Hotel around 12pm.

Squirrels in the Mist - wasn't that a film with Signourney Weaver?  ;)

Great catch!  And very atmospheric in the fog.

Yea your likely right just thought it was a strange one. They would normally divert back after doing a hold. But must have had plenty of fuel.
