I heard this on the news today and thought yeah,something different for BFS,but alas no.BFS missed the bus AGAIN.

Problem is because Easyjet are 95% of movements other  airlines feel squashed if they start new routes
Unless its a charter opperation thar fills flights
Because starting a rout needs money an established  airline can drop costs and absorb the loss until new airline drops out
And also big airline can throw toys out of pram and say they will drop routes if new airline comes

Great news for city! bad news for Aldergrove.  I think Aldergrove should concentrate more on charters or long-haul, thoughts?

EasyJet announced a new route to Split Airport today from Belfast International starting next may on Wednesdays. :)
