13:30 AS65 G-NHAC blasted through the zone at 1,300 ft en route Carryduff

r/t callsign HELIMED 20

Medevac cover for the rally perhaps?  Might see it in Ards if so...

Update: landed Ards for fuel 14:50 in transit from a hospital.  Landed on 22 threshold and taxied in to the apron, very nifty.    Tanker out to meet it, I assume it holds the Avtur and the Avgas is in the fixed tanks?

Didn't have time to set 'helicopter exposure' so this will have to do.  Snapshot from across town.

Departed 15:20 bound for Durham / EGNV.

Naw, that's always been an Ards based one smudge, it just doesn't fly as much as say the UFC Cessnas would

G-TDRA is  owned by a small group and I have heard it refered to as "the old codgers Cessna"  ;D by some at  Ards,as the owners are a bit senior in years.

You could well be right-G-INFO lists the owners as TDR Aviation-I`m just going by what the guys at Ards told me :) ,apparently there are 3 owners that make up the group.

Gyro G-RTIN on circuits this morning.

Incidentally, I am always fascinated by the 'radio check' call from the apron, with the invarying response 'strength 5'.  At that close distance, even a malfunctional antenna would surely generate strength 5 so I'm not sure how it's much help.
