Hmm, converts to Arabic number 152.  Wonder if that's significant?

Yip G-GLAA G-(General Lighthouse Authorities )A

Seven year contract.  Does this displace EI-ILS I wonder?  That was operated by Irish Helicopters who in turn are owned by PDG.    No it seems to be a supplement.

And the three Authorities are:

    The Commissioners of Northern Lighthouses:
known as the Northern Lighthouse Board, responsible for Scotland and the Isle of Man

    The Trinity House Lighthouse Service:
responsible for England, Wales, the Channel Islands and Gibraltar

    The Commissioners of Irish Lights:
responsible for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

I thought N509MV wasn't supposed to be coming back..?

It does move in mysterious ways!

After a long time inert it dep Guernsey 2016-02-24 09:30 to Gloucester, and then dep 13:00 to Bournemouth that day.  Whence it came today to Ards.

I guess it's all spruced-up and smelling of fresh wax now.
More than just a wax. It now carries a camera underneath.

Ah, that explains the visit to Bournemouth.

5th

12:20 looks like an R22 in the distance, inbound

Went on by it seems.  Oh well.

By the time I made it down to the field the visitors had mainly departed:

14:00 C206 G-NIME dep
13:15 A109 G-SCII arr, dep 15:30 ( thanks to acw347 for the ID! )

leaving M-BONO still parked-up.

PA22 EI-EZX was soaking the Sunbeams, quick phone snap outside the club hangar in which it seems to reside at present.  No flaps and no rear cabin windows, a low-cost version of the Tri-Pacer to compete with the C150.
