Mastermind Oops

Did anyone see the poor soul on Friday`s Mastermind, who is an aircraft engineer, who was asked the following question ?

What name is given to the force that acts upwards on the wings of an aircraft during flight, to counteract the weight of the aircraft ?  He said " upthrust ", when of course we all know it is ....

Oh dear, he is going to get some stick at work for that- oops. Oh the curse of the black chair.
