I saw it last night on the Radarbox OY-PBW first at 19.07 as BDI107 and then 23.05 as BDI32A. Hope this helps? John

You're kidding? A Short's 360 on a daily mail route? Nice!  8)

So is there any kind of opportunities to see it during day light hours? John, you think it's flying during the day at 1.10pm? I'd very much like to photograph a Shorts 360 and would happily venture up to BFS to catch it.

Hi Dave the box recorded in at 1.10pm sadly I was at work and can't confirm if it was in or out bound. If it started yesterday the Flight Id BDI 107 might have been it positioning in? Then BDI 32A out and BDI32B in ths afternoon?

I'd certainly love to see one airborne again and I will keep an eye on the box and an ear to the radio for it tonight I'll keep you posted.
I got my Canon 7D this afternoon plus battery grip. Just tried it indoor with my EFS 17 - 85 lens. Wow!! I can't wait to get out and about with the Sigma aboard. Off to study the manual.

Cheers for the info John!

Great news about the 7D, hope it goes well for you. The first thing you'll probably have noticed is how good the screen is.  :)

The 360 is showing now just put the radio on as I was downstairs. I'll listen for a while as he is currently at 8500 feet.

Thanks Dave re the 7D yes it is amazing. The autofocus also seems better I took a few shots of text and I can zoom right in and it seems very sharp. Thest will be along the shore and at Ikea, i hope we get some decent weather over the next few weekends. i haven't yet tried Raw with this camera.

Decending into Edinburgh as BDI32A so the Bravo callsign on the box was probably an inbound callsign.
