Bangor  maritime festival on the 9th and 10th of June will have the Aerosuperbatics performing on both days apparently and I'm assuming they will fly into Newtownards airfield, can anybody confirm this. Also the GI Jane festival in Kilkeel 23rd-28th July is having a fly-by...anyone have any information on this also?
Thanks,
:)

GI Jive will probably be the local flying club doing a flypast

Yeah, The Mourne Flying Club based in Derryogue do the flypast every year.

Apparently they did enquire about Sally B for the very first one, but the price was far too high.

They might come in this evening to EGAD,on past experience that is the norm.

Display times at Bangor probably 3pm,again that is what they have done before,so don`t shoot if I`m wrong :-)

Don`t forget to practise your waving! :-)

In the past did they set up on the wing before or after take off?

They normally climb on to the wing in flight, unless conditions are very bad,in which case they wouldn`t fly.

I remember reading somewhere that the ladies aren't hooked on to any sort of wire when climbing from their seat to the top of the wing... ???
