Title: Observant 5 year old
Post by: casper on October 06, 2008, 10:48:00 AM
Was on my way to Belfast yesterday, my wife wanted to do some shopping :( I even brought my camera with me incase I got a chance to visit the City airport, but didn't.
Any way as I passed Lisburn I noticed a Ryanair jet turning to line up for landing at the city airport. I pointed it out to my 5 year old daughter who thought it was great.
Then she started to talk about how the Blue Arrows only use white and the Red Arrow use lots of different colours. The Blur Arrows she talks about are The Blades and the colours is the smoke they use. Boy was I chuffed :)

She has a future consisting of aviation ahead of her  ;) It's great to get the younger kids into aviation. My cousin who is 11 loves taking pictues of aircraft at airshow's, etc, however is let down by his family's 3MP little point and shoot camera.

Edit.. Ohh and I take it she and the wife enjoyed Portrush airshow?  :)

My wife enjoys all airshows as long as the weathers good, so she enjoyed Sundays show more than Saturdays.
