Downing Street and Buckingham Palace are to lease two aircraft to fly the Prime Minister, other ministers and members of the Royal Family on official business.

Good reading there but most of the discussion is about what type(s) of plane it/they will be. To be honest I don't care what type of plane they are, what's getting me is the fact that some people are complaining because it's going to cost something in the region of £1.5 million more to operate than the current setup. I can just image the American people being told that as a cost cutting exercise the President would now be using chartered flights and foreign airlines to move around the country and world.
