Title: Puma lands at causeway
Post by: String on December 03, 2008, 12:15:42 PM
As i was waiting to come home from hospital yesterday, i got a surprise when a puma landed at the hospital, i don't know if it was dropping off or picking up a casualty but it was nice to see anyway.

Fuuny that because I was just passing Craigavon Hospital today and their heli pad is clearly visible from the road and I was wondering how often it's used.

There was a Puma in with G-PSNI at EGAB yesterday too.

Not sure if they had been operating together somewhere though?

I don't know what happened but i was not able to get out of the hospital untill 8pm as there was an emegancy theartre and i had to wait untill 6:30pm to see the surgeon to ask if i was able to go home, so i think the puma must have had a casualty on board.
