Title: Scary Hand-Propping Accident
Post by: pilotsandy on January 22, 2009, 01:11:30 PM
If there was a passenger onboard, I guess they did not know what what the mixture is. I've hand propped 13 times without incident but the guy behind the controls has to know what he's doing too.

Very scary, just goes to show anything can happen when you startup any aircraft.

If it wasn't so serious it is nearly laughable, like something out of the Keystone Cops movies.
