Yea that is quite odd looking. Taken by a mobile phone presumeably? Video cameras always have some effect on how the prop looks, but iIve never seen the rotor look stationary for so long!

Seen that a before.I think someone said the frame rate of the video camera is almost equal to the rotor RPM - hence the illusion.
