Did anyone see the weird "blood moon" the other evening around 1930hrs? It was pretty spectacular,and a very deep red,then gradually faded to normal after 20 mins or so.
I manged to get a few shots,handheld so not the sharpest.

Cool! I didn't realise the eclipse was partially visible from here. Was that on the 8th?
Ironically I was indoors at an astronomy lecture when it seems to have been visible :-\
