Hi guys, I was working up the Dungannon road outside the Birches and I happened to come across the "don't book Thomas Cook" signs.
I travel that road regularly and this week was the first time I have spotted them. It seems they are p*****g more people off.
What is odd for me is the second sign which says "try to kill u".

I don't know what the issue that kicked it off was, but it's starting to look a lot like the work of someone who could benefit from therapy.
-
It looks as though it may be the same disgruntled customer as in Antrim
-
Spotted one of these signs outside Cookstown a couple of weeks ago.
At first I thought given the obvious DIY nature of the sign that it was someone local but then I spotted another sign just off the roundabout in Carryduff last weekend.
If this is a disgruntled customer they're certainly getting about

I put a post up about these in September http://www.niaviation.co.uk/index.php?topic=14725.0 (http://www.niaviation.co.uk/index.php?topic=14725.0)
I`m glad to see others have noticed them and I`m not going mad (just yet) :)
I would love to know what kicked this all off.Perhaps facebook or twitter users might have a few answers.

They were outside Coleraine about 3 weeks ago. "lose your luggage" etc. Maybe it's Thomson staff ;)

Thats the area I first noticed them back in September, you could be right about the Thomson staff :) ,but I find if you google Thomas Cook reviews there is a lot of very miffed people complaining.
Some are just nit picking, but some are pretty awful.I didn`t notice any specific to NI
This site seems to have loads of complaints about them https://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.thomascook.com (https://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.thomascook.com)
I can`t recall ever seeing anything like these homemade signs before, very strange.

Apologies for not turning the picture nut I'm sure you get the message.

It took a while, but one has now appeared practically on the doorstep of BFS, just after the roundabout (Aldergrove Roundabout as I call it) on the left on the Oldstone Road toward Antrim.
Someone definitely has a grudge, and they didn't even take Christmas off. I'm now left wondering, where next? Perhaps the Arrival/Departure boards IN the Airport?? ;D
-
I also noticed one attached to the fence at Ballycraigy Primary School in Antrim-same scrawly writing and much the same message as before.
Maybe one for Nolan to investiagte,or Scooby Doo and the gang. ;)
I found a few things after a quick search, now I see what`s behind it all.If you google Peter Ferris MBE and Harold Reilly you can read it all for yourselves.
This explains it all pretty well https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=10152243293698838&id=128569917179979 (https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=10152243293698838&id=128569917179979)
Very weird.

Just spotted another sign along the Marlacoo road near to the Mullurg road between Tandragee and Hamiltonsbawn. It seems they want to get their case heard
-
Also one now on the Dunluce road coming out of Portrush towards Bushmills , def someone has a grudge
