Title: From sunnier climates

A couple of visitors arrived into EIME around half four this evening..... hope they will bring some sunnier weather.....two Portuguese TB-30 Trainers.... pretty rare birds around here..... :o

Nice shots! Where abouts is Baldonnell relative to Dublin Airport?

Baldonnel is about 15-20 mins drive from Dublin airport..... If you continue on the M1 to the M50 junction take the M50 southbound until you reach junction 9 which is the N7 ....Take the N7 and its the first exit after the traffic lights.....Hope this helps..... and don't forget my offer to give anyone who likes a tour of the best places for spotting... and if you don't want to bring the car i can try and arrange a lift around.... ;D        I went down to EIME for about a hour or so today.... heres the results....don't know what happened to the quality but it gives you a idea of what can be seen.....first up another foreign visitor....they are getting almost a daily accurance.... ::)  ;D ;D

Casper most of the foreign aircraft that visit EIME are on navigation exercises...they tend to fly to England first and then on here before heading home....heres another couple of pics... all taken from about 100yds from the airfield boundary....

Certainly different to a civil airport. Nice capture of the USCG C-143A Challenger

Hope my pic isnt that bad.... but its the only C-37A that the USCG operate... A modified Gulfstream V .....Its code is CG-01 the commandants executive transport aircraft....

Nothing wrong with the quality and it seems that they operate 1 of each - C143 and C-37A
