Title: Whats up with the City this morning ??

Hey guys , Whats wrong with the city airport ealry morning arrvals arrived on time but these one's :
09.20 - Leeds Bradford - DIVERTED TO BELFAST INTERNATIONAL
09.30 - London Stansted - DIVERTED TO BELFAST INTERNATIONAL
09.35 - Manchester - DIVERTED TO BELFAST INTERNATIONAL
09.35 - Birmingham - DIVERTED TO BELFAST INTERNATIONAL
09.40 - Blackpool - DIVERTED TO BELFAST INTERNATIONAL
09.55 - Southampton - DIVERTED TO BELFAST INTERNATIONAL

But the METAR reads - BELFAST/CITY  EGAC 280920Z 25015KT 9999 FEW013 13/08 Q1004  - So its nothing to do with viz at its 9999 ?  ???

these flights have not been updated at 10:30am so they must have been diverted.
flight be127 to glasgow
flight BE493 to exeter
flight NM501 to blackpool
flight BE965 to Gatwick
All leaving belfast city but no info if they are departing from another airport.

A bomb scare at the fuel tankers in the harbour estate caused the approach and departure paths to be closed and no ground movements to be permitted.
