I read this a few days ago-weird and I doubt it could work safely.
A banked runway could easily cause wingtip/and or engine strikes,and also as the aircraft turns the circle,a headwind would become a cross wind.
Is this an early April fool joke perhaps? :-\

What about perfecting the idea...make the runway a circular conveyor belt!

That was my first thought, angle of landing on a bank would cause issues. Weird idea that will never 'take off'
