Calls have been made to put a viewing platfrom inplace for spotters as JOINT WARRIOR a major excersise including an aircraft carrier full story http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/highlands_and_islands/8273430.stm

Was up there in May for the last one, they don't need a viewing platform, carpark would be good, and all the goodies operated out of Kinloss during JW 01/09
 If you get the chance go up it is the mutts nuts.

I think something has gone wrong at lossiemouth i phoned a freind who lives near by and he said "police and security forces have secured area's that spotters sometime use so a leading official has requested a viewing platfrom not just for spotters but for future events including a possible air display"
