Title: Problems with 360radar
Post by: Teebee on May 30, 2017, 01:57:54 PM
Hi all,

I registered with this site on Sunday but have been completely unable to log in and view the flight tracker - my 'Free' trial period has expired and they have taken my years subscription by Paypal. I have sent a couple of emails to them explaining my problem with no response.

Is anyone aware of any ongoing issues with the 360radar site?

Cheers,

Trevor

I would get on to Paypal ASAP and notify them of the problems and get your money back.
You can always re-apply to join.

Best thing to do is to go to their FB page and post about it, they seem very responsive there.

Are you trying to log in with the details you created? I remember when I signed up I went through the username and password creation, only to be sent another password and username, with the one I created not working. Check your email address and see if they sent you a confirmation email with different log in details.

The site was down for me this morning altogether.  When I joined I created username etc then was sent the joing e-mail with different logins.  Use the FB page as suggested as answers by e-mail take days.

I got this yesterday from them. Whatever work they have going on could just be taking longer than expected.

Just a reminder that from 1900 UTC tonight 360Radar there will be periods of time when there will there be NO MLAT aircraft showing on 360Radar.

This is due to essential work that we need to do to upgrade the MLAT server.  The rest of 360Radar will continue to run.  I'm hoping that the work will be completed within a couple of hours at most.

Apologies for the inconvenience but this work is essential to allow 360Radar to continue to grow.
