A relative was telling me about an Android app which allows a smartphone, when viewing an airliner in flight, to provide all its stats - destination, type, airline etc. much like a POV Flightradar24. Does anyone know the name?
I've seen something similar called Star Map which identifies constellations when viewed through the phone.

There is an augmented-reality view in the Planefinder app; point the phone at the sky and it labels the aircraft:

The FR24 app used to have an experimental mode like that ( on Android only ) but always seemed a bit flakey. Not sure whether it still has it.
