A pilot who crash-landed at Te Puna after double engine failure has revealed details of two earlier incidents involving his plane amid a top-level aviation investigation.
Paul Ensor is defending himself and his company Island Air Charters following the three incidents and an allegation he fixed the plane himself instead of getting a certified engineer to do it.
