Anyone know what is wrong with CLX774 - LX-VCH - B748?

Holding near North Coast at the minute.

1628 routing Luxembourg to Dallas (KDFW). Developed a hydraulic problem. During the course of the holds over Northern Ireland were in contact with base maintenance. Unable to rectify and over the Irish Sea dumping fuel to lose weight prior return to Luxembourg.
