Title: HMCS Toronto.

Currently alongside in Belfast with something major busted.   About ten or so years ago her sister ship the Halifax was laid up after a matelot broke something during a run a ashore which resulted in a couple of Hercs and a Challenger (IIRC) visiting with bits & people.
