Noticed west Atlantic bae atp-f se-map on fr24 earlier looks as if she was holding just south of IOM

Looking at the IOM Metar conditions are OK now ( fog might have been an issue earlier ) , if the hold wasn't weather related or traffic , then perhaps they had some sort of technical issue?
