Planemaker Bombardier has won a deal worth almost £200m to supply new aircraft to the regional airline Flybe.
The company has placed an order for 15 turbo-prop airliners which are partly made at Shorts in Belfast, and Flybe has taken options on 15 more planes.
The carrier already operates the world's largest fleet of the plane type, the Q400.
