Unless I'm mistaken, that's the approach to Innsbruck Airport in Austria.

Taken with a Fisheye lens?

I`m not a fan of fisheye lens shots-I would prefer just the "normal" view,but that`s just my humble opinion.

There`s a contrail in it as well I noticed.
