Hi, and many thanks for the speedy response.

I probably really do need to go to Specsavers  but I had actually read that post some time ago and still can't see anywhere on it that says about making a request to the moderators.

When I read that the section was restricted to 'members', I thought I already was one.

Anyway, is it possible to formally request access with this message or do I need to send a PM?
