Patrouille de France pilot ejects
« on: April 14, 2010, 12:15:13 AM »
A member of the French Air Force Display Team Patrouille de France had to eject from their aircraft after it suffered "a mechanical defect".

Thankfully the pilot was not seriously injured-the incident happened on a training flight and did not involve any other aircraft.

Coming after accidents involving the Brazilian Team and The Red Arrows,it hasn`t been a great year for Air Force display teams. :(

Haven't heard anything about an incident involving the Brazilian Team.

What happened?
