1100 Weather at Ballygally ( 10 mins up road from Larne ) is awful, visibility is approx 200yrds, very misty over the sea especially, medium rain and very light winds, temp is 16C.

Larne - BBC Weather  Does not look promising, and also we need to factor in the weather enroute. I would say it`s a 70% chance the Lancaster will cancel, but I do hope I am wrong.
Doesn`t seem fair after 3 weeks of great weather, and tomorrow afternoon looks much better, just to rub noses in it.

1358 Still raining where I am, but not as heavy, a tiny bit brighter, problem is the sea mist, forecast for 3.30pm to 4pm doesn`t look too bad now, but hard to know.

Was good to see the Lancaster. Did it go via Portadown? I heard him on with BHD radar saying he was heading for the Larne airshow  ;D

No the Portadown fly past was scrubbed due to the weather so he turned back between Ballynahinch and Dromore area and headed for the Co.Down coast following it up and across the lough for Larne
