Hoping to get tickets for it. I have the gatefold vinyl ablum and the double CD. Watched the live show on telly last year and it was fantastic, can't wait.

I am sure they use the original recording of Burton`s voice-I remember the first time I heard War Of the Worlds and Richard Burton`s performance is chilling;but in a good way.
 
I wonder did he ever do Jackanory?

Sadly he never did jackanory. His voice in the war of the worlds was stunning. Really made you think you were there watching all unfold.

Does anyone know where the neasrest hotel to the oddysey is so the wife and i can stay for that night.

The Hilton is the closest, just over the Lagan beside the Waterfront Hall. Probably expensive though  ;)
