February 2015 ICAO Operating Agency Designators

I formatted this into CSV today.

Columns are RADIO-TELEPHONY IDENTIFIER, OPERATING AGENCY, COUNTRY, FLIGHTPLAN DESIGNATOR .  No header row.

The   RADIO-TELEPHONY IDENTIFIER is what they're called by ATC e.g. ASCOT

The FLIGHTPLAN DESIGNATOR is what's in Mode-S and the flight-plan e.g. RRR

Hope it might be useful to someone.
