Belfast City - 18/01/11
« on: January 18, 2011, 04:57:48 PM »
Went out to the airport with Dave for a few hours this morning for what was my first spotting trip of the new year. Got down far too early, but any later and I would have hit all the traffic from Bangor. Was extremely cold but well worth it for the lighting we got just as the sun rose.

I havn't even touched the aircraft piccies, all mostly similar to Keith's, I did have a go at photographing some of the feathered birds at the airport; a couple of pigeons joined us on the top level carpark at Ikea....

Travelled to Ikea for the first time today. Lo and behold the top deck of the car park was closed. I know this has been covered before, but if the top deck is closed can it be accessed on foot?

Yes. Park on the first floor and go to the fire escape steps and walk up. Just have to climb over the no entry sign!
