Nice selection AT.

You were further down the flight line than I was. Never even occurred to me to check which end they would be using. I just assumed it would be 27 same as last year (which in fairness is the end the Typhoons and the Grippen used to take-off, everything else used 09)

BTW, did you get any shots of the Grippen? I'm still surprised he took off in the middle of that downpour but the scene was terrific with all the spray.

Didn`t take any pics of the Gripen;I doubt anybody did because the rain was tipping it down-still peeved the Gripen was wasted in that awful weather. :(
 
We were in the flightline enclosure,which was a bit pricey,pity the stand didn`t have a decent roof for the rain. ::)
