Bryan Habana races A380 super-jumbo
« on: July 31, 2013, 12:01:22 PM »
The winger, who has 86 caps for his country and is known as one of the speediest players in the game, took part in the one-off race against the A380 “super-jumbo”, which belongs to British Airways.

But who wins...Man or machine?! :o

I wonder who would win if he were up against something like a Tornado or Typhoon or maybe even a B757 with some RB211 engines!

No idea Damien, but I would presume it was until the point at which the A380 hit V1 speed (The speed/point at which, if the aircraft had a failure, it wouldn't be able to stop without over running the runway)

Very good, but he doesn't have a lot of cargo space does he?

Wonder what his ETOPS compliance is like.  Only two legs..
