For Lightroom you could do the following:
Import your photos
Select one that is representative of the colour cast or exposure that needs fixed.
In the Develop module fix the exposure and colour.
When you're happy with it look to the left side of the screen you should see 'Presets' with a plus (+) and minus (-) sign beside it. Click the plus sign. Leave everything as it is but give it a descriptive name. Click 'Create'
This should now appear under the 'Presets' under 'User Presets'
Select another image and click on the preset you just created and the settings will be applied to this image.
If you want to apply the preset to a number of images at the same time go back in to the Library module and select the images.
On the right side click the drop down 'Saved Presets' and select the preset you created from it.
