Chinnooks-have we seen any recently?
« on: April 01, 2009, 11:36:11 PM »
RAF Chinnook`s seem to be a very infrequent visitor to BFS now :(-haven`t seen or heard of one being in this year-last one I saw was Nov 08 and last picture I got of one was May 08 when I got this shot of a Wooka starting a fast run in to 07 over the Lough-a lucky shot;all the others were out of focus as the aircraft practically buzzed me!  ;D

Nice capture. To be honest I can't remember the last time I saw or even heard one. Truely a rare sight now :(
