I don't recall seeing this before for the North Atlantic Tracks bulletin:

Actually, going back through the archives it also occurred on 2016-01-01.

Noggie the Red-Nosed Boeing, making a pair of rather feeble, claggy trails.  B788 LN-LND Los Angeles to Paris this afternoon. 



Whereas A388 F-HPJG was about a mile lower and was trailling like a champ.

B789 PH-BHI westbound yesterday morning as KLM281 to San Francisco.



Again the 787 trails are rather weedy and grey, perhaps something to do with the wonderful dolphin-friendly engines?

On the reciprocal course a few minutes later was B77L N778LA, formerly flying for LAN Cargo but now leased to Southern Air Transport with the LAN decals removed...  Proper beefy contrails.

B77W 9K-AOE of Kuwait Airways seen through the haze this morning, non-stop eastbound to Kuwait City.  Fairly new aircraft, delivered 30 January 2017 as the 1463rd 777 and third in the new livery.



This is the reciprocal of KAC117 which stops in Shannon westbound to New York JFK. 

Sky here is now completely 'white' .

Great photos. Makes our little part of the world seem so much more connected when you see carriers overhead that you normally associate with the big hubs. Hope to see more of these types of photos

Cloud was still just thin enough to catch Nippon Cargo B748 JA16KZ up at FL410 around 06:45 today.
