One airliner cabin to avoid
« on: March 01, 2017, 09:34:25 AM »
Air Caraibes has the 'honour' of becoming the first airline to operate a ten-abreast A350.

Check out the width of the seats in relation to the guy in the hi-viz vest.

The annoying thing about the 'XWB' marketing is that the A350's fuselage is still narrower than the original design for the A300A which was 6.5 metres.  That was reduced in response to airline concerns about over-capacity and stuck for the next 40 years.

Oh,good grief! That is ridiculous! Some airlines seem to have forgotton about DVT,and even basic allowance of some personal space.

Any more than an hour or so couped up like that would be torture.
