Ah-maybe a glitch in FR24 then-it was the reg that made me think it was one of ours, service was due to start in March 2017 from what I recall.

Thanks for the update.

It could well be the case that the crew are working up in Manchester prior to starting here.

On checking further it's probably G-NWEM.

1851 - My apologies AT - G-NHEM  is on 127.500 and routing to Enniskillen.

No need to apologise  :)  -it was the G-NHEM reg that made me notice it,and after all FR24 isn`t always accurate.

This is on Air Ambulance Northern Ireland facebook page:

Air Ambulance Northern Ireland (AANI) is very pleased to announce that our Primary Helicopter will visit Northern Ireland over the next few days. The purpose of the visit is to conduct a a number of familiarisation flights and surveys of the landing facilities at a number of Hospitals.

Ian Crowe, Chairman of AANI, said:
“This is another important step in the establishment of HEMS in Northern Ireland, and I want to take this opportunity to say thank you and encourage others to get involved. Annual running costs for the service will be £2m and we are relying on the generosity of local people to help us raise these funds.”
