My son's photos from Dublin
« on: October 07, 2009, 11:01:27 AM »
I finally got around to looking at the photos that my son took during our trip to Dublin Airport in August. To be honest for someone who has only handled a DSLR once or twice before I think he did very well (and he's only 10).

These are basically straight out of the camera with some sharpening and two are cropped slightly to remove some clutter.

What do you think?

This is one I wish I had taken - perfect timing I think.

He's only 10?  :o

He's better than me! What's he using for these pictures?

Yep he's only 10 :) He was using an EOS350D with a 55-200mm lens.

Looks like we have a future photographer in the making  ;D Did he enjoy himself when taking them?

Exciting stuff. Hopfully winter brings some clear skies so he can get out and about and enjoy it should he get one. It's the ideal age for him to be getting in to it.
