Boeing 747 Dreamlifter flew over Belfast about 3.20. Had camera with me but was getting Christmas hair cut, clear skies too. was not well pleased!. Reg N718BA.

Yeah me and couple of boys in the depot saw it went directly overhead with nice blur sky for decent pic also had nice contrails going.

makes it even worse that i had just picked up a x2 teleconverter that would have gave me 1200mm. could have got nice and close. problem is that it is manual focus only, so tricky to dial it it. a bit of trial and error ahead and marking up the focus ring. got this from east belfast earlier in the day, it was over irish sea/bangor direction at the time.
