Flybe 'Regional Jet'

I have family travelling tomorrow, they got an email from Flybe tonight saying Flybe won't be able to provide the flight, however 'Regional Jet' will be taking over operations with a 'regional jet' crew.

Any idea who this is?

It's the AOC name for Nordica with the AT76
