Recreational flying can resume in NI

Being reported that MLA Peter Weir of Strangford has confirmed private, recreational flying can resume in Northern Ireland with the lifting of lockdown restrictions. Must be solo flights,and can  take place as long as it doesn't involve the sharing of hard surfaces. So, people from different households aren't using the same equipment, planes etc.

Much the same as England then; FR24 was full of light aircraft from Liverpool southwards earlier today, marked difference than of late, when almost everything flying was cargo or Mil flights.

A friend of mine lives out in Birmingham very close to the threshold of the runway. He had the Shark-mouth Mustang buzz his roof before going into an almost vertical climb. Seems the warbirds are out to play too.
