Now, do you mean SHANWICK oceanic clearance frequencies? ( SWANWICK is London control )
I'm not sure if any Baofengs cover airband, I have had a couple of them and only remember them covering 2m/70cm - 140 to 180 , and 430 to 470, but i might be wrong.
They certainly won't cover any HF frequencies.
You would be better off with a Uniden 125 or something like that for VHF/UHF.
For HF you might consider a SDR like a SDR Play RSP1A if you don't need to take it portable?
HF freqs would be 5.616 MHz , 5.598 MHz and more....
