Runway Resurfacing Causes Havok

I think it was Bristol airport that got their runway resurfaced. Well anyway, it was some airport in England. Apparently pilots refused to take-off or land because they didnt think that it was safe enough.  ???

suppose better safe than sorry

Yep it was Bristol
