Thought I'd start a Part 2 as the the other thread was getting a bit long.

Lot of activity today. Photographed a few but this one caught my eye. Any ideas what it might be?

Austrian Airlines 767 with winglets Casper. I didn't see any contails today or for the past month!!! I saw a cargolux 747F yesterday when at BHD but alas, no contail.

Thanks Dave. I probably saw around a dozen contrails today, one I think was a C-17 - it was in and out of cloud and my photo isn't great.

Aparently tomorrow and Monday should provide some more clear weather.

Apparently this July was the dullest in Northern Ireland since 1927 so not too surprising that Contrails have been rare to say the very least.

Noticed this B.747 last week just before the Reds returned to BFS.
Don`t know the operator,but was pleased to catch the anti-collison light lit.

1st one looks like a Cessna Citation 560XL

2nd could be a CL600 or a Raytheon Hawker 800XP

Most seemed to be 10-15 miles South of me,so the Sun was between me and the aircraft.

Ok there are no contrails but i did get 3 for 1. sky quite busy today but no contrails though.
