« on: February 11, 2007, 06:36:45 PM »
A light aircraft that took off from Shoreham Airport, in West Sussex, has crashed in the French Alps.

The twin-engined Piper PA 34 Seneca aircraft, with a couple and a child on board, left the airport on Saturday morning, manager John Haffenden said.

It is not yet known if anyone survived the crash. The nationalities of those on board has also not been released.
