Defence Cuts-What would Winston Churchill think?

I was thinking what Sir Winston Churchill might say if he was still with us regarding the recent outragous Defense Review.
 
As it is the 70th Anniversary of The Battle Of Britain,maybe he would say something like:
 
" NEVER IN THE FIELD OF MODERN DEFENSE REVIEWS,HAVE SO MANY BEEN BETRAYED BY SO FEW"
